STORY PLOT

The film will focus on the Battle of Artemisium. "300: Rise of an Empire" tells the story of General Themistocles (Sullivan Stapleton) that will unite all the kingdoms of Greece to drop Xerxes (Rodrigo Santoro). But Xerxes was not easily dropped, he has plans for an attack to Greece led by a cruel woman as the leader of the greatest naval forces, Artemisia (Eva Green). Although she was a woman, Artemisia will continue to fight tooth and nail and do anything to help Xerxes. But the leadership of the Greek army, General Themistocles, also not to be outdone by Artemisia and his army.
